PIFF 2026 award winners

The award is not only a recognition of the director’s outstanding work, but also an important opportunity to bring the music and legacy of one of Poland’s greatest composers, Grażyna Bacewicz, to a wider international audience.

The festival also provided a wonderful showcase for Polish cinema, featuring a number of films from Poland across different genres, including animation, short films and documentaries. We are proud that Bacewicz x Bomsori was part of this strong Polish presence at the festival.
